Mangroves are a vital part of the Florida aquatic plant and animal life. They provide shoreline stability and protection from storm surge and erosion. Due to the rapidly increasing development along the coast of Florida, it is critical that mangrove habitats are protected from further destruction. That is why the State of Florida enacted The Mangrove Trimming and Preservation Act. This act regulates the alteration of mangroves and the State of Florida enforces the statutes protecting Mangroves.

Mangrove trimming is a very specialized field and can be confusing to someone without experience. All mangrove trimming is performed under the supervision of a Certified Mangrove Trimmer. We work closely with our clients and the Department of Environmental Protection to maximize the client’s enjoyment of their waterfront property.
